German course Level C1 - CEFR

General objective

Achieve an advanced command of German allowing one to understand long and complex texts, express oneself with precision and ease, and interact in academic and professional contexts.

Duration and organization

  • Number of weeks: 10 weeks in intensive format (Monday to Friday).
  • Total hours : about 120 hours.

Specific objectives

  • Listening comprehension: : Understanding long speeches, debates and specialist presentations.
  • Reading comprehension: : Read complex texts (articles, reports, essays) and grasp their shades.
  • Oral expression : : Argue, nuance your points, present ideas in a clear and structured way.
  • Written expression: : Write detailed and coherent texts (essays, syntheses, formal correspondence).

    • Complex subordinates, logical connectors
