Mrs. Sylvie Madjo Nchoutpouen is an experienced teacher of Deutsch als Fremdsprache (DaF) at the Gemeinnütziges Sprachkurszentrum DZK in Yaoundé, where she has been practicing since April 2019. With more than 18 years of experience in teaching German, she is recognized for her pedagogical expertise and commitment to language training.
She holds a diploma for secondary education (DIPES II) obtained in 2006 at the Ecole Normale Supérieure de Yaoundé I, as well as a bachelor’s degree in German (University of Yaoundé I, 2003). His academic background is enriched by numerous continuing education programs and international seminars, notably:
- Stipendien in Germany : Deutsche Geschichte in Berlin “(2015) und Deutsch für Lehrer” (2011).
- PASCH Training: FIT exam preparation and teacher certification (2014).
- Multimedia and didactic courses: Course planning, use of authentic material and integration of digital tools.
Before joining the DZK, Madame Madjo taught at the Lycée de Biyem-Assi (since 2009) and at the Lycée de Malang in Ngaoundéré (2007-2009). She also held the positions of reference pedagogue, trainee trainer, and member of the school board.
Her skills include:
- Language proficiency: French (C2), German (advanced), English.
- Digital skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet.
- Pedagogical leadership: Coordination of classes, mentoring of teachers, organization of educational projects.
Madame Madjo has been several times distinguished as the best teacher of German language at the Lycée de Biyem-Assi (2013-2014, 2016-2017, 2018-2019, 2022-2023). She is also the author of an academic publication: « Die Rezeption von ‘Ihr und Wir’ innerhalb der kamerunischen Deutschlehrerschaft » (2006).
Passionate about the transmission of knowledge, she actively contributes to the promotion of the German language and culture in Cameroon.
